TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Because we need to heat our guests’ tubs in anticipation of their arrival, we incur almost all our costs prior to your arrival. Therefore, we require 24 hours’ notice of cancellation in order to avoid the needless expense of heating tubs.
Guests who cancel their booking within 24 hours of the appointed booking time, or who fail to arrive for their booking, will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the price of the guests' booking.
Your tub session will be held for half an hour. If you don’t turn up or let us know we will regard this as an abandoned booking.
At Hot Tubs Omarama, subject to the availability of tubs, guests may reschedule their booking up to 4 hours prior to the start of their appointment without incurring a penalty. However, if rescheduling is not possible on the particular day in question then the above-mentioned cancellation policy will apply. These terms are subject to rights and remedies you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 2003 and Fair Trading Act 1986. Pursuant to the Consumer Guarantees Act 2003.
Guests’ Usage of the Hot Tubs:
Guests must not add any products to the water at Hot Tubs Omarama. If the purity of the water in the hot tub you have booked has been compromised by a guest adding any product to the water, a $500 maintenance fee will be charged to your credit card.
Glassware is prohibited in the private Hot Tub areas.
If the hot tub site is defiled** in any way there will be a minimum charge of $200 charged to your credit card.
Both the Operator and any Agent exclude, to the fullest extent possible under law, all and any liability for any loss, damage or injury (whether direct or indirect or consequential, however arising) suffered by the Guest or any person associated with the Guest in relation to the booked activity. All activities have elements of risk and all guests undertaking any Activity do so voluntarily and at their own risk. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, all warranties, representations and implied terms are also excluded.
The Operator reserves all rights to cancel any Activity at their discretion for (but not limited to) any of the following reasons:
Road or weather conditions.
Lack of numbers participating in the activity.
Unsuitability of Guest(s) due to reasons such as: Age, Ill health, Poor fitness, Intoxication or any other reasons rendering a Guest unsuitable or unfit to participate in the activity.
Any other circumstances which are beyond the reasonable control of the Operator. All Guests agree to adhere to any instructions in relation to the Activity from the Operator at all time.
In regard to another Covid-19 lockdown we can amend guests’ bookings through converting the booking to a gift voucher, which will be valid for one year.
These terms are subject to rights and remedies you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 2003.
